I’m a Professional Beach Volleyball Player living in Hermosa Beach, CA. Originally from Rochester NY, I’m an East Coast girl who moved west, and I’m proud and humbled to be living my dream — representing Team USA and competing in the sport I love.

  • Terese Cannon & partner Sarah Sponcil Holidng Trophies at Elite Tournament for USA Beach

    SILVER MEDAL: Beach Pro Tour, Elite 16 @ Cape Town

    First elite level medal won by Terese & Sarah. Defeated the reigning World Champions in the Semi-Final to make the Finals. One of their best wins to date.

  • CHAMPIONS: AVP Pro Series @ Hermosa Beach Open

    First AVP win for both Terese and Sarah on the domestic tour. It was special to do it at home in Hermosa in front of friends and family.

    Terese’s First World Championship Appearance. The best teams across the world gathered in one place! Solid top 10 finish, among the best of the best.

    First medal that Terese and Sarah won together. This was huge because it was the last event that could qualify them for the 2022 World Championships.
